Information Collection and Use

To provide the Service's features, we may collect the following types of information.

Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, profile details, authentication information, app preferences, and related account settings.

If you choose to upload a profile photo, we may store that photo so it can be displayed in your profile and related app features.

Camera and Workout Rep Counting

ClaimlyFit uses your device camera to detect exercise movement and count workout repetitions.

• Camera access is used only for exercise movement detection and rep counting. Camera frames, video, and live movement analysis used for workouts are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• We do not collect facial data. We do not use the camera for facial recognition, biometric identification, identity verification, or creating biometric templates.
• We do not store, archive, or save workout camera footage, videos, screenshots, images, or camera-frame records.
• We do not use third-party AI services to process workout camera data. Camera footage, camera frames, and live body movement analysis are not sent to OpenAI, Google Gemini, or any other third-party AI provider.
• The Service may save workout results generated from on-device processing, such as repetition count, exercise type, workout duration, completion status, score, challenge result, and similar fitness records. We use this information to save your progress, operate challenges, show rankings, prevent abuse, and provide account-based fitness features.

Workout and Fitness Data

We may collect workout and fitness-related information generated through your use of the Service, including completed workouts, repetition counts, workout duration, selected exercises, goals, streaks, badges, rankings, challenge participation, completion status, and progress history.

We do not sell workout or fitness data. We do not use workout or fitness data for third-party advertising.

Location Information

Some ClaimlyFit features use location information to support location-based functionality, such as finding nearby places, checking in, participating in location-based challenges, or claiming a place.

• Precise location is collected only when needed for a location-based feature and only after you grant device-level permission.
• ClaimlyFit does not use location data for continuous background tracking. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, but some location-based features may not work without location permission.
• If a feature includes public or social functionality, certain profile, workout, ranking, challenge, check-in, or place-claim information may be visible to other users.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or in-app product, payment is processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, such as Apple or Google. We may receive transaction-related information such as product purchased, subscription status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and purchase history.

We do not receive your full payment card information.

Log Data and Diagnostics

In the event of an error or crash in the Service, we may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, app configuration, time and date of use, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data.

This information helps us troubleshoot issues, improve stability, secure the Service, and improve the user experience.

Third-Party Services

ClaimlyFit may use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the Service, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, authentication, maps/location services, customer support, and fraud prevention providers.

These providers may access personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Depending on the platform and app configuration, third-party services may include app store services, analytics services, crash reporting services, subscription management services, hosting providers, maps/location providers, and similar operational providers.

ClaimlyFit does not share workout camera footage, camera frames, live body movement analysis, or workout detection data with third-party AI providers.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate the Service;
• count workout repetitions and save workout results;
• track progress, goals, challenges, rankings, and achievements;
• operate location-based check-in and place-claim features;
• process subscriptions and account-related functions;
• provide customer support;
• improve performance, reliability, and user experience;
• detect and prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, security issues, and technical problems;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use camera data, workout data, fitness data, or precise location data for third-party advertising.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, operate account features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Workout camera footage, videos, screenshots, images, and camera-frame records are not stored, archived, or saved by ClaimlyFit.

Workout results, repetition counts, progress records, rankings, challenge results, profile information, profile photos, and place-claim records may be retained while your account is active or as needed to operate the relevant feature.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Account Deletion

If you created an account, you can request deletion of your account from within the Service.

To delete your account, open ClaimlyFit and go to Settings, then select Delete Account. Deleting your account will remove or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Deleting your ClaimlyFit account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on where you subscribed.

Your Choices and Rights

You can control certain data collection through your device settings, including camera, location, photos, microphone, Motion & Fitness, activity recognition, and notification permissions.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of certain personal information we process.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

ClaimlyFit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.
